1. Custom-Items


Our ingredients items are specially made/bottled just for you when your order is fulfilled. Due to their unique nature, we can't accept returns or offer refunds on these items. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or isn't quite what you expected, worry not! Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving the items, and we'll get back to you to help get things resolved. 

3. Licensing and Legal Requirements


To ensure compliance with your country's legal requirements, it's essential that you hold valid licenses or meet any necessary criteria to handle the items in your order (eg. DEA products). Be sure to check and adhere to all legal obligations.

4. Returned Packages and Refunds


In situations where our courier partners return packages due to delivery issues, unpaid customs fees, or non-compliance with import regulations, we may need to significantly adjust your refund accordingly. Rest assured, we'll always strive to find a fair solution.

5. Digital Products

Once a digital product has been delivered to you, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable in the spirit of our policy.
