Skin-like; elements of fat and wax. Complements creamy, cheesy aromas also. 
Very useful in floral compositions as well as the animalic parts of oud. For example the Boyer note occurs in osmanthus, beeswax oozes, materials like oak wood and cognac. 
Also one of the main compounds responsible for the smell of a newborn baby
