Not usually offered at this scale, Diethyl Tartrate is a mild to medium-strength aromachemical. A true abstract note between sweetness, fruit and champagne, it offers a broad brushstroke for your compositions. Smelling it alone, it's amazing how few people can place it (as opposed to eg. hexyl acetate or prenyl acetate)
