Dark molasses, brown sugar, rum - but with an incredibly realistic almost fruity topnote immediately recognisable as part of the smell of real brown sugar. It's somehow the very top notes of rum, sugar, and molasses, almost without any sweetness, and indeed it contains no sugar.
Lends depth to gourmands, woods, and even some amber compositions without muddying the formula.
