By any stretch a basic material, usually extremely inexpensive. Given the amount you can use in fine fragrance under IFRA (0.25% as of the 51st Ammendment) imo you might as well used the nicest possible version. 
 
This version, extracted from Cassia Bark, is remarkably rounded and realistic as a natural isolate. Along with Eugenol, it forms the basis for the smell of Cinnamon bark.
