Ethyl Isobutyrate redist - Powerful, ripe orange juice aroma. Also useful pretty much anywhere where you want fruity topnotes.
Compared to ethyl butyrate, it's still useful in pineapple but smells decidedly less fake and overused. Unlike the butyrate ester, it's also not capable of forming vomity butyric acid in your compositions which, let's be honest, you don't always want.
