This marvelous pyrazine is Almond Pyrazine's bigger brother. While almond pyr remains popular with its duality of both slightly green (think green nut skins) and cocoa notes, Gianduja Pyr is fully in the gourmand camp. It is, in my opinion (and tbh I have smelled a lot of pyrazines) the most hazelnutty of them all. 
 
I would have named it Nutella Pyrazine but in deference to trademark law I refrained.
