Most Jasmine Absolute (Sambac) for perfumery is grown in Southern India. Less restricted than its Grandiflorum cousin, Sambac in perfumery has a very particular place with its bright, almost fruity white floral note. 
 
This specimen is representative in the best of ways, with the expected apple note (from cis-3-hexenyl acetate), sunny heartnote and minimally indolic drydown.
