Definitely one for the Weird category on this site. Also known as ethyl (p-tolyloxy)acetate, this molecule exhibits metallic, mineral, animalic and floral aspects. To me, it's like the "hot" part of habanolide. So how on earth (or in space) does one use it? I like to put it with musks, where it adds a certain darkness; or in florals like narcissus, Jonquil, daffodil, jasmines and other white florals where it adds petally realism.
